Contaminated Soil Disposal
Innov8tive Environmental Services Inc. (IES) will properly identify, remove, and dispose of contaminated soil on your property.
At IES, we recognize the importance of eliminating contaminated soil as soon as possible to satisfy the insurance company, as well as the State and County municipalities. That is why we will work directly with your insurance company to ensure that your claim is processed correctly, and that all the necessary paperwork is completed. If a spill number has been assigned to your property, our specialists work in a timely manner to do what it takes to get the job done safely and correctly.
Contaminated soil is usually discovered after an oil tank has been removed and a soil sample is analyzed. IES will always test for the Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) in the soil to determine which facility will accept the contaminated soil for disposal. Once the results are received, the soil is excavated, transported, and disposed of in the appropriate way.
We always leave your property in the same condition as it was before the tank was removed.
As with all we do, IES will execute with excellence and generate all the required documentation to ensure a timely closure to your project.
